Cancel a remote download
Stops an in-flight download and discards what it had fetched.
The node answers the same way whether or not the identifier matched
anything, so a 200 means "no such download is running now" rather than
"one was running and stopped".

An organisation API key, prefixed tbk_. Create one under
Organisation to API keys; the plaintext is shown once.
The scopes listed on each operation are the abilities the key must carry. They are not OAuth scopes and are not negotiated per request.
