Extract an archive
Extracts file into root, overwriting anything already there with the
same name. The archive is left in place.
Extraction counts against the server's disk quota, and an archive that would exceed it fails partway rather than being refused up front.

Organisation to API keys; the plaintext is shown once.
The scopes listed on each operation are the abilities the key must carry. They are not OAuth scopes and are not negotiated per request.
